Customer backed out/closed their browser while payment was processing. There is nothing we can do about this.

There has to be something we can do for this. Can you put a warning message - DO NOT BACK OUT, otherwise we will be doing this forever.

I went it to an HPR's site , set up my profile as a customer, and placed an order using Stephens credit card. I received a big long error message which I have saved. Before I got out of the error screen I went into Psigate and sure enough the payment was captured in psigate at 12:46pm.

There has to be something more to it.
